The property is the pitch. Show all of it.
Ground-level photos can't show a site's context — the acreage, the access, the setting, the scale. Aerial imaging puts the whole story in one frame. For listings, leasing packages, project marketing, and owner updates, that context is what sells.
Every shoot is planned around where the media will run — listing, website, deck, or social — and delivered organized, graded, and ready to use. No sorting through 400 files to find the shot.

Aerial imaging, straight answers.
What formats and resolution do you shoot?
Stills are captured at high resolution suitable for print and large-format use; video is captured in 4K. Deliverables are organized and exported in the formats your team or agency needs — ready to drop into a listing, deck, or edit.
Can you shoot near airports or in controlled airspace?
Usually, yes. Much of Northern Virginia and DC sits in controlled airspace, and we handle the FAA authorizations as part of scoping. If a location has restrictions that affect the shot list, you'll know before we fly — not after.
How fast do we get the finished media?
Typical turnaround on processed media is 48 hours from the flight. If you have a hard deadline — a listing going live, an owner meeting — tell us and we'll scope to it.
What does an aerial shoot cost?
It depends on the property, the shot list, and whether you need stills, video, or both. Tell us what you're promoting and where it will run, and you'll get a straight answer on scope, timeline, and cost within one business day.
Do you travel outside Northern Virginia?
Yes. We're based in Centreville, VA and fly Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, DC, and New Jersey routinely, with regional travel beyond the Mid-Atlantic by arrangement — recent imaging work includes a country club campus in Connecticut.
